Windows 2008 Supported by Sun Fire X4150, X4450

The Sun Fire X4150 and X4450 Servers have been certified to run Windows 2008, and no additional drivers are required. Thanks to Dr. Hung-Sheng Tsao for the heads up on this new development, which went into effect May 1st. A minimum BIOS requirement is needed:

For X4150:
x4150 Micosoft Window 2008 Certification link

BIOS version 1ADQW020 or greater required

For X4450:
x4450 Micosoft Window 2008 Certification link

BIOS version 1ADQW020 or greater required
