Openet FusionWorks Platform
Openet FusionWorks Platform is a solution developed by Openet that leverages the Sun Fire T2000 server and the Solaris Operating System (Solaris OS) to aid in charging and rating processing speed. When the platform is run on the T2000 server and Solaris OS, it is able to process 7,000 transactions per secon (TPS) for charging and 2,300 TPS for rating per single server.
Designed to be a multi-process, multi-threaded application, the FusionWorks architecture enables service providers to cost-effectively scale their mediation, charging and rating solutions in customer networks and datacenters without the need for expensive large-scale hardware deployments.
